1. Acceptance of terms

Num ("the app") is operated by WorkersLab LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Num you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

Num sells prepaid eSIM data plans provided through our connectivity partners. Coverage, speeds and availability depend on the destination, the plan and local carrier networks, and are subject to the partners' coverage and fair-use policies. A compatible, carrier-unlocked eSIM device is required.

3. Plans and payment

eSIM data plans are prepaid, one-time purchases. Prices, data amounts and validity periods are shown before purchase.
Plans are non-refundable once the eSIM has been issued. See section 4.
Unused data expires at the end of a plan's validity period. Plans must be activated within the activation window shown at purchase.

4. Refunds

Once an eSIM has been issued we can't refund it — the data is bought from our connectivity partner at that moment and can't be returned. At checkout you confirm you'd like it issued straight away, and that's the point this applies from.
If something goes wrong at our end — the eSIM can't be issued, or won't activate on a compatible device — we'll replace it or refund you in full. Just let us know within 14 days.
We can't cover a change of mind, changed travel plans, an incompatible or locked device, unused data, or a plan that has expired. Device compatibility is listed before you buy.
Partner payment links follow the same terms, and nothing here affects rights you have by law.

5. Num VIP subscription

Num VIP is an optional auto-renewable monthly subscription: Individual $3.99/month or Family $6.99/month (shareable with up to 5 family members via Apple Family Sharing).
VIP unlocks member pricing, 24/7 priority support, unlimited eSIMs, top-ups and scheduled purchases.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel the subscription anytime in your Apple Account settings. Subscription refunds are handled by Apple.

6. Acceptable use

Plans are for personal use. Reselling, abusive, fraudulent or unlawful use — or use that violates our partners' fair-use policies — may result in suspension or termination of service without refund.

7. Account and termination

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You can delete your account and associated data at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account).

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including losses caused by lack of network coverage, device incompatibility or carrier outages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected purchase.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page. Continued use of Num after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
