Num ("the app") is operated by WorkersLab LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you use Num and how we handle it. WorkersLab LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801-6317, United States.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, or browsing history, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
To provision your eSIMs, show live usage, process payments and subscriptions, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the app. We do not sell your personal data.
We share only what is necessary to fulfil your order with: our eSIM connectivity partners (to issue and manage plans), Apple and RevenueCat (subscription billing), and Google Firebase (authentication, database, notifications — our infrastructure provider). These partners process data under their own privacy commitments.
Strictly necessary only, today. Our website and web app use a small number of cookies and equivalent browser storage that are essential to provide the service you asked for: keeping you signed in, protecting your account, and completing a purchase. These cannot be switched off, because without them the site does not work.
Advertising cookies — only with your consent. We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which adverts lead to a purchase. The Google tag is present on our pages but is loaded in a consent-denied state: it stores nothing and sets no advertising cookie unless you agree. If you accept, Google may set cookies to attribute a purchase to an advert and to build remarketing audiences. Declining does not mean you see fewer adverts — only that we cannot tell which ones worked.
Analytics cookies are offered separately, so accepting one does not accept the other. You can review or change either choice at any time via Cookie preferences, and withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
Payments are processed by Stripe, which sets its own cookies where needed to detect fraud and complete a transaction; these are strictly necessary to take a payment safely. See Stripe's privacy policy for details.
We keep your data while your account exists. Deleting your account (Profile → Delete account) permanently removes your account, eSIM records and personal data from our systems; some transaction records may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention.
You can access, correct or delete your data, and object to or restrict processing. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on your location you may also have rights under GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA, including the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Num is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy; the current version always lives at this page. Material changes will be announced in the app.
